My recent visit to west springs denim and Smith was disappointing and frustrating. Despite having an appointment, I waited for nearly 30 minutes past my scheduled time before being acknowledged. The barber seemed rushed and disinterested in my preferences, resulting in a haircut that didn't match what I asked for. The overall atmosphere was chaotic, with loud conversations among staff that made it difficult to relax. To top it off, the prices were steep for the quality of service provided. I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return.
